This is a sponsored post however, all opinions are 100% mine.
My husband and I try to go on dates at least once a month. We can’t go as much as we would like due to our work schedules. Dating is fun and needed in all relationships. It keeps things fresh and fun. Although we like to have fun and do the things that we want to do, we don’t always want to spend a ton of money on a date. I would rather that money be in the bank! Okayyy?!? We like to save when we can but we still like to do the things that we want to do. That is one of the reasons that I started Divas R Frugal. I want to get what I desire without having to break the bank.
Groupon Goods makes this possible in many ways. Recently my husband and I went to play miniature golf. We went to Groupon to check out the local deals to see if there was anything that we were interested in.
Groupon offers a variety of date night options. They even have a 20% off deal on an upcoming concert that my husband and I are interested in. We can’t go because of work obligations buttttt we sure would have used that deal to get some good seats. I suggest that you always scan Groupon for what they have to offer. You may discover new places or get a deal on a place that you always planned to go.
Here are 6 date night ideas that are often ( but not guaranteed) to be offered on Groupon:
Museum– Visit a local museum or visit a museum in a city that you are visiting.
Dance Lessons– Take a Salsa or Hip Hop class together.
Shooting Range– Practice makes perfect. This may be a bit much for some but I think that the shooting range can be fun.
Paint and Sip– Paint a masterpiece. Keep your paintings ( good or bad) for memories.
Miniature Golf- Show your Tiger skills, laugh, and don’t hit anyone with the ball.
Concerts – See a new or old fav artist, dance, sing, drink, have fun.
What is your view on using Groupon for date night? Is it an absolute no? Or are you all for it?
Me and the Mister try a date night per month as well. We’ve utilized Groupon for some ideas but most times it requires travel since we live in a small town.
